Living in the Four Corners and being so close to Utah, it’s easy to call ourselves Utah Wedding Photographers. Utah is just right up the road for us, and we love photographing beautiful couples there every chance we get. When Bliss & KB asked if we could tell their Manti Sealing story, of course, we were thrilled with the opportunity. We had no idea how GORGEOUS this temple was until we were there.

It’s true! Katie and I have been active LDS members for our entire marriage. We both grew up in The Church, and both had ample opportunities to explore life in all the ways we wanted to, and when we got married just decided that the LDS Church would be the vehicle we use to keep us tethered to Jesus Christ. Sealings that occur inside the LDS Temples are super sacred ceremonies that essentially bind a man & a woman together throughout eternity, not just until death do you part which is standard verbiage for most wedding ceremonies. As Utah Wedding Photographers, we can definitely relate with LDS Brides & Grooms.

WE LOVE SHOOTING SEALING’S

As Utah Wedding Photographers, there are so many opportunities to shoot weddings which we welcome! In fact, we have some really cool ideas for how the whole sealing/reception experience can be transformed.

THE PERFECT SEALING TIMELINE

For Utah Temple Weddings, when we’re hired as your Utah Wedding Photographers, our idea of a perfect sealing would be getting ready in an amazing VRBO or hotel suite. Go to the Temple and get sealed that day. Then, do all the Temple photos and family photos at the Temple. As Utah Wedding Photographers, we love capturing every joyful and sacred moment of your day. Maybe take off and have a cool dinner with the fam. From there, set off on your honeymoon — except take your Wedding Dress and suit.

On your honeymoon, do your formal photos. Last, schedule your reception a week or two after you get back from your honeymoon. Do gourmet snacks and desserts. Have a rad photobooth and live band or DJ. Do your first dance, cake cutting, dancing. Scoop up all your gifts and Wedding cash there. BAM!!! Perfect flow!
