We feel so grateful to be Zion Canyon Utah Photographers having the opportunity to shoot this First Look & Formal Session with Bliss & KB. It was ELECTRIC!!! There truly isn’t a bad spot in Zion Canyon to take photos. We loved just driving up through the canyon and stopping along the way to adventure and explore.

THE BENEFITS OF A FIRST LOOK

This First Look & Formal Session was a great way for Bliss & KB to get the photo spread of a lifetime in Zion Canyon Utah before getting sealed in the Manti Temple shortly after. First Look sessions that occur on a different date other than the actual wedding date, afford couples the chance to actually have a deep and lasting experience together.

On Wedding Days, the timeline is generally rushed and if we get 30 minutes to do formals we’re lucky!!! During a First Look session we have up to 2 hours to do an amazing spread and actually go on some real adventures. Plus, regardless of whether a bride and groom have seen each other before hand, the nerves and emotion you share on your wedding day are all there. If you’re planning to go to Zion Canyon Utah for your photography you have to plan ahead for the proper permitting.

Pick a place on your bucket list. Go somewhere you’ve never gone before so that you both share an experience that unique to each of you. Often times we’ll waive travel when couples are willing to go to places we’ve never been before.
